Every time we stay in Las Rozas de Madrid, like to stay here. The place is clean, the room is huge, the staff is very amiable and patient. The place has beautiful location close to the outlet. Furthermore, it's right by the airport, the city centre and restaurant. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is excellent: )

The hotel is amazing. The breakfast is exceptionally nice with savory food, there’s an option for each taste. The location is comfortable and stunning, in an industrial area off a major main road. This property is close enough to downtown.

They upgraded us from room to apartment and we were very grateful. Spacious, clean and with a view of Madrid. comfortable and at a good price. Breakfast is varied. Good situation next to the A6. We usually go once a year and we will repeat

A detail that we did not like but that does not tarnish the good general level of the hotel. The first day we went down to have breakfast at 9:45 am (7-10 am) all the tables were occupied and we were told that we would have to have breakfast at the bar since they were going to pick up the buffet since they had been there since 7 am. There were more people like us and we refused since we were within the breakfast schedule. Finally we had our table, but at 10h01 they removed the buffet. They should be a little more flexible in that sense, I understand that it is a hotel more oriented to business people who have an early breakfast but if the schedule is until 10h they must respect all customers.

Everything is perfect, especially the treatment and comfort of the establishment. A super comfortable bed. The location is ideal for people passing through, who do not want to go into Madrid. To me this area was great to continue then the trip to Valencia. Normally there is free parking in the vicinity, but also have private parking (about 6 euros per night.) The staff is very polite and efficient. They have given a great deal (both the girl who has made the entry, as the girl of the check out.)

for putting in some kind of glue, that there was no brush in the bathroom, and that there was no heating in the bathroom. When you get out of the shower you can feel the cold. They should put a hot-air blower or something similar. A little unhappy with the soundproofing. You could hear everything, especially when they closed the doors. But it's just a few details. Quality price, it's great. Exceeding my expectations without a doubt.

This place has been recently renovated and offers spacious rooms with nice amenities including a bathtub, situated in a beautiful and tranquil location close to the train station, only a 20-minute walk from the city center, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Curtains and furniture a bit worn.

I particularly liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff - and the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The Reception staff, the Room cleaners and the highly efficient weekday Breakfast 'manager' were all of the highest quality and made it a most pleasant stay. I have been to the Hotel once previously and I was recognised by some of the staff as an old friend! I would not hesitate to come again. Muchas Gracias.

The spacious rooms at Apartamentos Th Las Rozas were perfect for our stopover. Plus, they allowed pets, so we didn't have to leave our furry friend behind. The location near the highway made it convenient for our journey.
